Premium Power is a dynamic engineering consultancy for electrical power systems in high-technology processes. We work closely with our industrial, data centre, and utility clients to ensure improvements in electrical system reliability and resolve complex electrical-related problems.
Details of the role
Due to expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team. We seek a bright, ambitious, motivated individual with a passion for assessing, attracting and nurturing individual talent.
Key Duties and responsibilities
Culture and Engagement: Develop, lead and participate in a broad range of HR projects, events and initiatives to support our Premium Power culture, colleague engagement and ED&I activities.
Talent Management and Retention: Execution of key people processes around recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits and L&D with a key awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
People processes and compliance: delivery of appropriate processes and systems across all HR functions including management of the HRIS, payroll, health insurance and pension administration, induction processes as well as review and updates of the company handbooks and participation in annual audit processes ensuring an appreciation for all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3rd level qualification In Human Resources or related discipline.
- 1-3 years’ relevant generalist experience in a broad-based HR role, comfortable with operational tasks as well as having a strategic mindset.
- Great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for relationship building and partnership across the organisation at all levels.
- Strong IT skills (word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive own workload in a highly dynamic environment.
