POWER QUALITY AUDITS
Commissioning a full power quality survey in response to an issue can be a lengthy process allowing significant amounts of damage or lost production time to incur. With our Power Quality Audit, you can take a proactive approach, committing to regular power checks where potential problems can be identified before costly issues arise.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
BOOK YOUR POWER QUALITY AUDIT
For more information or to book your initial consultation simply get in touch with one of our power quality engineers.
CONSULTATION
- SLD’s
- Site History
- Load Makeup
- Existing PQ equipment
- Power Factor Settings
CONNECTION
After the initial consultation and assessment we will determine which of our power analyser is best suited to the job. This will be sent to you with instructions on setup, or upon request one of our engineers can come to site. Our engineers can then monitor and extract the data remotely for the predetermined period of time.
REPORT
This final step is where we set ourselves apart from the rest. The knowledge and expertise of our power quality team mean that you get more than just a list of results. We explain what is happening on-site, how it is happening, why it’s occurring, and provide solutions to rectify the issue. You get more than just a study with us but the reassurance that you not only know what is going on at your site but that the issue has been resolved and you are better equipped to resolve any future issues too.
”"Our extensive power quality and harmonic analysis of the electrical distribution network allowed execution of a detailed and efficient design, which was successfully implemented by the customer."

FEATURED CASE STUDY
POWER QUALITY DURING AN ELECTRICAL EXPANSION WITH A MANUFACTURER
This large semiconductor manufacturer was undergoing an expansion and needed to detail its power quality and energy metering system. Our work resulted in high cost savings for the facility, due to an increased system performance and prevented penalties from the utility provider. The size and complexity of the system required an in-depth interrogation of power quality, analysis of historical/future load, harmonic data, equipment types and network configurations.
