The system was required to monitor, alert and provide advanced analytics for power quality and site wide energy consumption monitoring.
As this was a green field project and we were involved at the design stage, it allowed us to apply our extensive knowledge and experience from years working in the energy efficiency and power quality solutions area.
As a result, Premium Power designed, installed and integrated a fully bespoke PME system that delivers to our client the capability to monitor their electrical system. Our fully integrated solution enables electrical efficiency and power quality monitoring across the site.
Our solution uses alerts as well as powerful and intuitive analytics to ensure efficiency, product quality and process reliability are maintained to the high standards required.
By involving Premium Power at this early stage, the client received an end solution that was designed exactly to suit their needs. Unplanned interruptions can be avoided and inefficiencies identified before the consequences are too costly. The delivered solution enables the client to continually monitor their electrical usage, identify inefficiencies and power quality issues in real time and rectify any possible problems before unplanned interruptions occur.
